Location….Location…Location. My home is located 5 minute walk from Brant Joseph hospital. It has been COMPLETELY renovated top to bottom. Back of the house has direct acess to Francis walking trail, where you can enjoy a morning walk, jog, bike ride,etc. It leads directly to the lake. House is at the heart of Aldershot/Lasalle neighborhood. Go train station is a 7 minute walk. Fortinos, Ikea, major highways, downtown Burlington is literally a stone throw away. House is completely furnished with a washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, and Alexa on the fridge, heated floors in the bathroom. 80-inch TV on the wall, a very modern home. Common areas include bathroom, kitchen living room. Parking is available and INCLUDED. Twice per month common areas of the house get professionally cleaned and disinfected. Swimming pool is open from May 24th until Mid to late September. It is open for use at NO EXTRA COST. The pool is off limits on the weekends.

Currently, there is 1 room available. I am in no hurry to rent it out, as I am looking for a tenant that would suit this house given their lifestyle, work etc. Everyone here is a business professional and career oriented individuals There are cameras on the outside the house, overlooking the driveway, as well as individual locks on each room to ensure a safe dwelling for tenants. This is a work and sleep type environment. There are NO guests allowed. Tenants’ peace and quiet are of the outmost importance. If you feel this may be a suitable place for you write me a message. I would like to add that I (the owner) am one of the 2 tenants occupying the property. However, I travel the world, and I’m in the country only 3 4 months out of the year. So essentially you would be sharing common area with just one more person.
