Property is walking distance from the university (about 20 minutes, biking much shorter), with easy access to Crowchild and lots of amenities nearby (Brentwood Station is also within 15 minutes walk).

Apartment is 700 sqft 2 bedroom, laundry machines in the building, and the choice between covered or uncovered parking. We have in suite storage, and a porch with access to a small field in the back and the alley if you like to smoke (the building is a non-smoking building). I have chromecast, an xbox, and various other entertainment sources if needed!

Kitchen is basic, does not have a washing machine, but does the trick (includes microwave and stove)

I am a 23 year old university student studying Anthropology and Philosophy at the University of Calgary. I am a pretty clean person, and am hoping to find roommates with similar expectations for shared living spaces, and a fellow animal lover! I am usually a homebody, and play video games in my room when I am not working/studying. I keep to myself and will probably only have my girlfriend over, but I do like to cook and entertain every once in a while!

I have 3 cats, so the building managers will not allow more pets in our suite, but if you like cats my 3 boys are very very affectionate, and really good companions to have when you are having a hard time. I am 420 friendly, work at a dispensary, and work something around 47.5 hours a week, spending Tuesdays and Thursdays out all day.

Would prefer people who stay up late, or can deal with a bit of noise at night.
