Large downstairs bedroom in a finished basement with your own private bathroom.

The townhouse is very new and modern.

You’ll have the basement to yourself (however, the laundry is also down there, but don’t worry, it’s not connected to your room or your bathroom).

We would share the kitchen and living room on the main floor. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. I keep the house very tidy.

Mid 30s male with full time job (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm-ish. I’ll share socials after getting a response so you can paint a picture).

If you want to be left alone and keep to yourself, I’ll let you be. If you want to hangout in the living room, I’m very easygoing.

I am social and occasionally have friends and family over for food and drinks on weekends - but I like to keep it quiet when I work the next day, so the house is pretty dead Sunday afternoon through Thursday.

I like a clean house and as long as that’s followed I’m friendly and love to have a laugh.

I would prefer a roommate with a camp job or a tidy female - but if you’re clean, low-key, and have your life together, I’m not picky.
