We are seeking 1 to 3 friendly female working/professionals or students that are clean and organized to rent a Private Large Master Bedroom + Private Access Living room + Private Walk-In Closest + Private Washroom for rent in a home shared with a family and two small friendly dogs.

Private The large master bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house. It includes a private large walk-in closet and a full washroom. There is a queen bed that is included with the room if wanted as well as a single bed. The private access living room will include one fridge.

Shared The shared amenities include the kitchen, a kitchen island for dining and preparation, full access to the backyard and BBQ, the main floor washroom, all pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and laundry room.

Utilities High-speed internet, and all utilities are included in the price.

Pricing Rent will be at the price of $650 each if it’s a group of three, $850 each for two females or $1500 for a single female. Price can be negotiable for two to three females depending on demand.

Parking Parking space is available for an additional fee.

Area The home is located within walking distance to various locations including a bus stop. The closest intersection is Derry Rd and Winston Churchill Blvd.

Various places are nearby such as Meadowvale Community Centre, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart, Goodlife Fitness, Rexall, Metro, Dollarama, Winners, Tim Hortons, Mcdonalds and many other popular stores + fast food restaurants.
