Looking for Two Long-Term Roommates for November 1st (or immediate if you’re ready sooner)

Located in Harvest Hills, this shared home is a clean and beautiful place to call home! Offers convenient bus routes including the 88, 109 and 301. Near the airport, Stoney Trail, and Deerfoot if driving. A shopping Centre for groceries, restaurants and leisure centers within walking distance. Beautiful green spaces and fields to take walks through. Quiet neighborhoods with friendly neighbors.

Each roommate gets a private room, private bathroom (still accessible for guests), and shared living, kitchen, backyard and basement spaces. A working Female between 24-35 years of age, but age is negotiable. Expected to be tidy, respectful, professional and friendly. No couples! One room is located upstairs, the other is downstairs. Mostly fits a double bed, but if working spaces are needed, there’s ample room for you to set up an office space.

The rent is 1200, utilities and internet included. Laundry amenities included. Street and driveway parking available outside the house. No Pets, no smoking, no vaping. The 1200 deposit is first month’s rent, which is required prior to move-in.
