We currently rent a 2-storey + basement condo unit on Marlborough Court. The unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths, as well as AC and a dishwasher. Rent is $870 for the second bedroom and $920 for the larger bedroom a month all utilities included, excluding wifi. Washing and drying in the unit.
The condo is located a 10-minute walk away from Sheridan College. 5 minutes in any direction and there is a restaurant, convenience store, and multiple bus stops.
We would require first and last months rent as well as $50 key deposit.
About the roomies
Hello!
We are currently looking for 2 roommates to rent out our primary and secondary bedroom in our 2-floor rented condo. The lease is 4 -12 months.
About us: The roomies currently consist of Eman (23 She/Her), Tony (27 They/ Them). Eman is currently a student at Sheridan and Tony works full time, we are happy to be renting with either a student or another working professional. We prefer to keep a decently tidy space but also understand that life can happen. 4/20 and Queer friendly space, no smoking in the unit but there is smoking on the property.
