We currently rent a 2-storey + basement condo unit on Marlborough Court. The unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths, as well as 2 fridges and a dishwasher. Rent is $745 a month all utilities included, wifi is an additional $17.04 a month. Washing and drying in the unit.
The condo is located a 10-minute walk away from Sheridan College. 5 minutes in any direction and there is a restaurant, convenience store, and multiple bus stops.
About the roomies

We are currently looking for a roommate to rent out our 4th bedroom in our 2-floor rented condo. The lease is 4 -12 months.
About us: The roomies currently consist of Avery (26 They/ Them), Tony (26 They/ They), Emma (22 She/ Her), and my very sweet cat Momo (4 She/ Her). All of us are currently working Full-time and are open to renting with either a student or another working professional. We prefer to keep a decently tidy space but also understand that life can happen. 4/20 and Queer friendly space, no smoking in the unit but there is smoking on the property.
