Beautiful room for rent in new apartment building. I am moving out and am ready to sublet or pass the lease onto a great candidate. My previous roommate and friend will be staying. Preferably we would love a women to move in. You will have a private bathroom and a spacious den. Great for students and young adults in the city who want to be downtown at lakefront and a 7 minute walk from Union Station. We are right beside a Loblaws, Farm Boy and LCBO so grocery shopping is less than a minute walk away. We are on the 50th floor and have a beautiful view of Toronto Island! Can come furnished or not but price would be negotiated.

You have one Roomate, 27 year old female, she is my best friend and a hard worker! She works most of the week and is gone a lot of the time, however she does have a cute small dog named Halo! He is well behaved and trained. The only spaces you will have to share are the living room, kitchen, in unit washer and balcony, but you will have your own private bathroom and your own spacious den.
