Very convenient location. Bus stop is at the doorstep. 20 minutes from York Mills Station by bus. Close to grocery stores, library, parks, bile trails, Parkway mall and Fairview mall. 40 minutes to Seneca Newnham College, 20 minutes to Lambton College, 35 minutes to University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) and 20 minutes to North York General Hospital by transit.
First and last month required. Non smoker, no vaping and alike. No overnight guest, no parties and pets allowed. Looking for quiet, clean, minimalist and responsible tenant.

Room is available from 1st of September. Parking is available but for $30 a month.
