My housemate and I are looking for someone to take over our lease on our 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Downtown Calgary, SW. The lease runs out July 2025.

We have only been in this apartment for a month, but have decided that we would like to travel and see more of Canada, before ultimately making our way back home to the UK.

The apartment has a large kitchen/living area, a large master bedroom and a good sized second bedroom, both with built-in wardrobes, plenty of closet space, in unit washer/dryer and a balcony. It is also pet friendly (with fees)

The apartment is a 2 minute walk to 17th Avenue and is on a really lovely street.

Can also be available part furnished, for a fee.
