Kingswood Drive

We have 2 rooms available, one is smaller and is 800, the other is the largest one and is 1000, it’s big enough to be easily shared between 2 people and if it’s shared then it is 600 each. It’s newly renovated and very close to the bus stop. The backyard is fenced. There is a laundry in the basement and is very close to the grocery store near by.

My name is Noah (he/they) and I am 20. I am a quite individual who is looking for some people to share the place with! I am a student at Conestoga in woodworking. I’m value a clean living space. There is currently some furniture in the shared living spaces but you are welcome to bring whatever you’d like to make it feel like home!

One of the roomies has a dog. Coral is now 7 years old. She is a lovely caring dog who just wants to be near her human. She is extremely obedient and never makes a mess indoors. She loves belly rubs and sleeping on couches. She especially loves to eat fish! She was rescued from the humane society three years ago and she is revelling in her new life. She’s simply the best friend a human could have.
