Only one other occupant in the house, the owner. House is centrally located. 15 minute drive to downtown. Close to deermeadows and Chinook c-train station and mall. 10 minute walk to shops, grocery store, bank, walk-in health clinic, restaurants, dentist, etc. 5 minute walk to Carburn Park.

Owner is a mid career woman. There is one cat on the premises. An older cat who is a gentleman who spends most of his time outdoors. No litter box smells whatsoever to worry about.
