I have a 10X12 room within a two bedroom apartment. Room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, tv stand, table and two chairs, which can be used as a desk. In room air conditioner available for the summer months. Shared Kitchen & Bathroom. Walking Distance to Jane Park Plaza, grocery store, Tim Horton’s and more… Also walking distance to Smythe Park, Public swimming pool. Convenient Location on Jane Street south of Eglinton Ave. Jane Buses north and South, Jane subway in 15 minutes.

You will be sharing the apartment with one other person (ME). I am the Main and only other occupant. I’m easy going, mind my own business as long as you are a respectful and reliable room mate. One condition that is non-negotiable is how you pay. I can only accept Cash - receipts provided. No cheques or e-transfers possible.
