Short term rental September 1st to December 31st (move in/out days are flexible by a couple days on either end)

About the room: Currently it is unfurnished however it can be fully or partially furnished upon request.

About the house: Bright upper unit in a private neighborhood, under a 10 minute walk from the 48, 52, and 59 bus routes. The unit has a large deck, a spacious backyard, in suite laundry, a dishwasher. You will have a 4 piece washroom shared with one other person. The common area of the unit is fully furnished. Water and internet are included, electricity is split three ways. The tv in the living room has Netflix, Prime, and Crave that you are welcome to use. There is storage on the property for a bicycle if you have one. Road parking is available a 1min walk away. We are located on triangle mountain in Langford.

Unfortunately no other pets allowed.

We are two females in our 20s, one of us is a brand designer and the other is an outreach worker. We enjoy board games, hikes, hitting up the lakes, mixing cocktails, and watching shows together. We like baking and always make too much so are happy to share. We have two very friendly sphynx cats, Atlas and Sprinkles, they like to spend their time napping or playing together, they are super social and love people.
