About the room
Located in peaceful Ramara, we have a large basement bedroom for rent. The room is quite large and has a good sized window for light in it. There is a shared two piece bathroom downstairs. The shower is located upstairs. Upstairs kitchen is also shared.
Property is an acreage with beautiful sunsets and scenery. Yard, deck and bbq is considered shared. Hot tub and pool are to be used on invite only.
About the roomies
We are a family of 5, with 3 young men aged 17,19, and 21. We also have a 20 year old male renting out another room in the basement and our eldest son occupies the 3rd basement bedroom.
We also have 2 dogs and a pot bellied pig that reside in the house as well :)
