Hello! We’re two trans/bi people looking for a third roommate to move in September 1st. We live in the lower level of a (3 bed 1 bath) house in Capitol Hill, Burnaby. We have an amazing view in an incredibly safe neighbourhood. Rent is $1140/month, plus utilities every 3 months ($30-$100/person depending usage), and wifi ($20/month) *This is not a sublet, you will be responsible for signing for a 3rd of the 12 MONTH lease.

Pet related: -Our lease will not allow for additional pets, but you are free to get your daily kitty cuddle time from Porthos. *Please be mindful of the cat in the house. (Eg. don’t let him outside, don’t leave out anything he could eat and get sick, etc.)
