Shared kitchen and common space, in-suite washer+dryer. Located 15 minutes by bus to UVIC and downtown, 10 minute walk to a shopping centre. References and credit check required.

I am in my fourth year at UVIC, and work part time as well. I value making community with people I live with, and would be excited to cook shared meals, and generally spend some time together! I have a cat (no additional pets permitted) who is large and friendly, so being okay with pets is a must! Being trans and queer-friendly is a must, no homo/transphobia, racism, or ableism will be tolerated.
