Hey! I’ve got a great room for rent in a 3 bedroom , 2.5 bathroom townhouse right by the lake. Great for walking paths and biking and quick highway access to get to work. Available August 15th or September 1st. This is ideal for mature female or student. I will consider a mature responsible male roomie as well. Safe area. Not close to transit so a car is required but street parking is available and sometimes the garage. No smoking/vaping/weed. No pets (sorry). Please be a tidy clean person and responsible. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Basement is unfinished but you can set up a tv room down there for yourself if you wish and have your own private space. Prefer someone who does not work from home more than 2 days per week. Backyard and small BBQ to enjoy. Rent is all inclusive of Heat/AC/Hydro/Internet. I can supply a bed and desk if you like or remove it if you don’t require it. You are welcome to bring some furniture - we can discuss. You can also store a small amount of items in the basement. This is month to month as I’m not sure how long I would require a roomie. We will split the costs of general household items. Please be willing to provide a letter of employment. Thank you!

You would be sharing with a mature female. Easy going, kind and social but private. No pets. I do not smoke or do weed/vape. I do work from home most days. I cook and bake occasionally and am happy to share meals together if you like. I’m not a neat freak but I like to keep the place tidy. You are welcome to bring some of your own furniture. I keep to myself mostly and go out and enjoy restaurants and entertainment in the area.
