A private, furnished (unfurnished optional) room in a solid, clean, well-maintained, spacious home with retro-decor and a fenced-in backyard and cozy, covered patio on a quiet street. Located less than half an hour by bus to UW, a half hour’s walk to Laurier and Uptown Waterloo, and under 15 minutes’ walk to Conestoga Waterloo, as well as stops for at least 5 different bus routes.

A mix of young professionals and UW grad students.
Looking for other quiet, mature females (only females) whose idea of a wild night leans more towards a games night (or, even wilder: HOSTING a games night). No pets, smoking (including cannabis), drug use, and minimal to no drinking. Privacy, respect, and accountability are expected. Christian roommates preferred.
