2 min walk to bus stop, walking distance to hurdman station. 10 min bike ride to UOttawa. Walking distance to CHEO and the General Hospital. Private room with shared bathroom and kitchen. Access to main living areas and back yard with deck. Quiet area, centrally located.

I work from home 2 days / week. My 3 children (17, 15 and 10) are with me 50% of the time. There is lots of space in the house that we don’t get in each other’s way! Large back yard with deck. I also have a small dog.
