About the room
I’m looking for a someone to replace me in one room of our large 2 bedroom apartment as I’m moving in with my girlfriend. My housemate is moving sometime in the Fall, probably in October, so you need to happy finding someone to replace him (but we will help).
You’ll have the first room as shown for September and then your pick from October and use of all the communal spaces. During September my housemate is planning to be away for work most of the month and you’ll have the place to yourself.
900 per month + bills (typically around $50) for September 1900 total for the 2-bed apartment.
About the apartment:

- large bathroom with bath and shower

- furnished, but also room for your furniture

- great location for the lower plateau

About the roomies
It’s just me living here and I’m typically only around a few days each month as I stay with my girlfriend who lives nearby or I’m away for work. You’ll basically have the place to yourself. I’m a Professor of AI and Management at McGill, I’m British and got my PhD in 2023 from the University of Cambridge. When I’m not at work, I run, cycle, swim, sail, and enjoy cooking. I look forward to hanging out!
