Large friendly family household in Stonebridge/ Barrhaven is looking for a new housemate. We have one lovely and cosy bedroom to rent. Available now. The current household is a balance of gender and generations. The home offers access to 1 private bathroom (though not attached to the room we are renting out- but right next to it). Located in the Stonebridge neighborhood, a 5 mins drive from Walmart, Loblaws, and the Longfields/ Golflinks bus terminal. We welcome professional workers, students, and others.

The house has a large kitchen, 2 living rooms, a laundry room, a basement and a big backyard with a vegetable and flower garden. One private furnished room with a desk and a queen-size bed available($750/month) This price does not include meals, although we would be happy to cook, share and eat together. Included is heat, electricity, water, laundry and high-speed internet. First month’s rent required up front.

3 people and their dog are looking to fill two more rooms. Dave works at Carleton University. He drives to campus several times per week and can give a ride, if needed. His wife is currently working from home and a great baker! Sarah is 9 years old and is a lively, happy girl. Boulder is a large, happy dog who is very friendly to everyone.
