You can furnish it yourself or pay the previous tenant to leave their stuff there.

It’s a small den room, but we can make space in common areas for stuff you may have.

We share a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. If you do not reliably keep these spaces clean and available for other people to use you will be asked to leave.

We’re two graduated men who are working, we’ve been living here for almost 7 years so we treat this apartment like a home.

We’re open to living with all genders and orientations and generally go with the flow, however keeping the common spaces consistently clean and paying rent on time are non-negotiable.

We are looking for people that:

• are planning to be here for longer than a year
• have experience living with roommates, and who’s previous roommates would vouch for
• are “the clean roommate”
• are okay with the occasional party
