Concernant la chambre

• Bien ventilée et lumineuse
• Environ 10 m2
• Meublé, lit simple, meuble pour vêtements, étagère, bureau, chaise, ventilateur au plafond
• Tout inclus, eau chaude et froide, WIFI, chauffage, électricité

Concernant la partie commune Il y 4 chambres au total, vous serez avec 3 autres personnes La cuisine est partagée avec 2 autres personnes La salle de bain est partagée ave 2 autres personnes La laveuse et sécheuse sont dans l’appartement et partagés avec 3 autres personnes il n’y a pas de climatisation dans l’appart

Exigence:

• Chambre pour une seule personne, garçon ou fille
• Ne pas parler à haut voix ou mettre la musique trop fort dans la chambre
• Ne pas amener les amis pour passer la nuit
• Entre 23h et 6h c’est du temps calme, essayer de baisser le volume dans la partie commune, ne pas utiliser la laveuse et sécheuse pendant ce moment
• Nettoyer après chaque utilisation de la partie commune

About the commun area There are 4 rooms, you’ll be living with 3 other people The kitchen is shared with 2 other roommates The bathroom is shared with 2 other roommates Washer and dryer are in the condo and are shared with 3 other roommates 400m high speed internet There is no AC available

Requirements:

• Room for one person only
• Do not talk or play music too loudly in the room
• Do not bring friend overnight
• Quite time is from 11pm to 6am, during this time please keep it down in the commun area and do not use the washer and dryer
• Cleanup after each use the commun area
