Just a 3-minute walk to Bus Stops where the public buses are well-connected. Only 01 bus to UTM ( 10mns ), 01 bus to Kipling Subway Station connects to Toronto Downtown, Square One. The Westdale Mall is only 300 m away with FreshCo supermarket, Stores, restaurants, Tim Hortons cafe, Service Ontario, GYM, bank.

3. BEDROOM is fully furnished with: queen-size bed with mattress, bed sheets, duvet; high-speed WIFI internet, a closet with one laundry bag, a working desk and chair, and a garbage bin.

4. Private bathroom is provided with bath supplies: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet papers, towels, bath mat, hair dryer and with cleaning supplies: bathroom & toilet cleaners, toilet bin.

5. Shared full-equipped KITCHEN (with 2 other persons ) is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, air fryer toaster-oven, toaster, big electric cooker, rice cooker, kettle, and various cook wares, dining wares and cooking supplies: salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil.

7. Free parking in our driveway if you have a car.

House rules:

No smoking. No Pets. No party or event. No unregistered guest or visitor without prior approval of the landlord. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

My house is well taken cared, both the cleanliness and the safe environment for all tenants. We are living at the same address but on the upper unit with separate entrance. The lower unit is for rooming rental. Currently there are 02 female tenant living at the rental unit.
