Sublet room to rent for one individual in house shared with female owner and one other tenant (working professionals), there are no animals on property. Space has a kitchenette, which includes a convection cooktop, freezer, mini fridge, sink, and microwave. There is access to main kitchen whenever needed. There is also a fold down desk, and sofa. Additionally tenant has access to backyard. All bills included, but while internet is provided it is not guaranteed. House is near conservation land so internet coverage can be spotty/slow during storms due to lack of towers and lines. Library one minute drive away. Parking included. This is a sublet and space is only available 1-2 years max, available as of September 1 2024, first and last required, proof of employment required. Nonsmokers only.

Working professionals, one is gone during the day (monday-friday), the other is home only on weekends. Rent listed is for one individual, spouses and partners welcome but rent will be doubled for the added cost of utilities and inconvenience to housemates.
