Lorraine's room

Looking to rent a large unfurnished bedroom (approx 10’x19’), above ground, with two windows and closets, and exclusive use of basement bathroom. We’ll share the living room, laundry room, spacious deck, backyard, and eat-in kitchen (you’ll have your own cupboards). Includes a parking spot in the driveway and basic utilities (including wifi, but not suitable for gaming). The house is in a quiet, walkable neighbourhood, minutes to QEW/403, GO station, shopping malls, parks. Near two bus routes and a bike trail. Preference for someone who works outside the home. Non-smoker/vaping including cannabis. No pets or overnight guests.

I, the only other occupant, am middle age, female friendly but quiet, tidy. I read, go for walks, garden, and rarely entertain guests at the house. I work in Organizational Development, in-office 2-3 days/week, work from home 2-3 days/week. No pets, non-smoker.
