House is at a good location in Peterborough (downtown). Rent is cheap and all inclusive with a fully functional kitchen and a decent sized living room and bathroom. 10 minute bus ride to Trent University

All roommates at this location are very neat/tidy and like to keep to themselves most of the time. All of us are students at Trent and take our studies very seriously but will still take the time to go out from time to time.
