Cozy Private Room available for one month – One Person Only. Available from October 1, 2025 till 31st October 2025. We have already Tenant from November 2025.
Location: Vancouver – Kingsway & Rhodes St. Transit: Walking distance to 29th Avenue SkyTrain Station and just 2 minutes from multiple bus stops (#19, 26, 29, 33, 41, R4).
About the Room: ✔ Fully furnished with a twin-size bed, closet, nightstand, desk, and chair ✔ Secured with a door lock & key ✔ Utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry (washer/dryer) included
Shared Spaces: ✔ Kitchen with all the essentials ✔ Living area & bathroom (shared with just one person)
Bonus: We have a super chill cat who sleeps about 20 hours a day. If you’re interested, please send a quick intro about yourself.

My husband, my mother and I, live together in front of a beautiful park. P.S.: And we have a cat, who sleeps 20hrs per day:)
