Hello! We’re a small, friendly household—my husband, my mother, and I—living on the 2nd floor of a house right in front of a beautiful park. We’re looking for a respectful and tidy person to join our home.
Location: Vancouver – Kingsway & Rhodes St. Transit: Walking distance to 29th Avenue SkyTrain Station and just 2 minutes from multiple bus stops (#19, 26, 29, 33, 41, R4).
About the Room: ✔ Fully furnished with a twin-size bed, closet, nightstand, desk, and chair ✔ Secured with a door lock & key ✔ Utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry (washer/dryer) included
Shared Spaces: ✔ Kitchen with all the essentials ✔ Living area & bathroom (shared with just one person)
