Room and bathroom for rent on the second floor (the only room and bathroom upstairs). Rent includes heat, hot water, hydro, high-speed internet. Looking for a non-smoker (you can smoke outside) prefer a student or working professional. Room rental from September 2024 - April 2025 (month to month lease) and possibility of extension.

I am a single adult working professional (female) non-smoker, quiet, caring and outgoing person and somewhat organised and tidy. I do own a sweet little chihuahua (very friendly doesn’t bark much/bite at all). I make natural soaps, sharing this in case you are scent sensitive as I do have drying racks on the first floor so there is a light scent at times, in the main area of the house.
