Looking for one other female to share my 2 bedroom apartment with.

The apartment is 1000sq/ft, above a hair salon, spacious, has in-unit laundry, and a very convenient location. Subway station to line 2 is right across the street, only a few stops from line 1. Everything you could need is in walking distance.

Ideally, I’m looking for a working professional or mature student. I want to rent out the second bedroom to one person. The bedroom includes a wardrobe.

Most of the furniture is my current roommates so it is still undecided what would be staying. If you have furniture great if not maybe you can help me with picking new stuff out!

I am a full-time RN student and I work part-time as a RPN (sometimes nights shifts and may need to sleep during the day).
