Large condo with hardwood floors and newly painted walls, new appliances, (in-suite washer and dryer) and a big balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. Use of everything in the common area, including your own cupboards and space in the fridge. There is a shared bathrooom.

Private full furnished bedroom is north-facing, away from the street and is pretty quiet.

Utilities (hydro, heat, internet) not included, but they are pretty low and will be split. Depending on hydro usage, should be about $75 a month.

The building is safe with fobs that are floor-specific. It has a gym.

There are many cafés, restaurants, salons, pharmacies, and other businesses within minutes of the front door, including Coquitlam Centre and City Centre Aquatic Complex.

Less than a 10 minute to the Lincoln SkyTrain and Lafarge Lake.
