About the roomies
A little about me:
I’m a 30 year old British female that moved to Toronto at the start of this year. I work from home as a Project Manager and occasionally go into the office. I love to read, watch movies, go out for drinks and to concerts, also a huge sports fan (Go Bills). I’m looking for someone likeminded that is clean, tidy and respectful to share this space with!
You will be taking over the other half of the lease from my current roommate, this lease ends 31st March 2025!
Requirements from the landlord:
- Credit report from within the last 3months
- Proof of employment letter
- Paystubs going back 3 months
- 2 references from former rentals
