We live in a large home on a quiet cul de sac. This private room has all the basics: queen size bed, dresser, desk & chair, closet. The washroom would be shared with our 22 year old daughter. The home has an open den, kitchen, kitchen nook area as well as a separate living room and dining room. We have lots of outdoor space in our backyard and our home backs onto a school / city soccer field and park. We are close to all the amenities one would want (groceries, pharmacy, coffee shops, movies, restaurants, dollar store, clothing, hair salons, library, community center, etc…). We are a 10 minute walk to the West Coast Express, 3 min walk to bus stop, 9 minute drive to Pitt Meadows Airport. We are right at intersection of Lougheed and Golder Ears.

We are a family of 4. We have 2 adult children living with us- a 21 year old son and 22 year old daughter. Our son is Autistic and spends his time split between a day program and hanging at home with support people. Our daughter just finished her university degree and is now taking a year off to work before returning to school next year. My husband and I both work from home and each have a home office. We have a loving, large 3 year old dog named Lucy.
