I am looking for a suitable room, could be a student and could be a senior. Who would be interested in renting a furnished or unfurnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the lovely neighbourhood of Cedar Brae. This would be to share this space with my mom, who is very social and has a live-in caregiver. There are 3 bathrooms in this 2 floor condo. So looking for someone who is pretty social - and easy going, and okay with lots of people coming and going at times. Please contact me, Susanne - Daughter. Also, I am interested in offering a lower rental rent for a roommate who may have a background already as a caregiver, and woudl be a good fit with my mom, to stay with her two Saturdays a month on the weekend - when the caregiver is away and to fill in for family. For a slightly lower monthly rent rate. We would need to arrange some time(s) to meet with my mom to first see if this is a good fit for everyone. And my mom has a small dog called Moki.
