LC's room

Beautiful three bedroom home. The bedroom has double doors that open up to let lots of light in. Sliding closet door. Big backyard. There is also lots of street parking. SUBWAY IS A 6 MIN WALK. There are also buses that run on Warden and its a short walk to the Eglinton LRT.

You will be sharing the home with myself (female) and a child. We are both out of the home during the day and gone every weekend from May to October. The winter months we are around more but also in and out. You will have the house to yourself most of the time especially in the spring-fall months.

There is a friendly cat in the home. You will have access to unlimited internet, Netflix, Prime TV, Disney+ etc. I want my roommate to feel at home in the home :)

If you are a smoker, smoking has to be done outside. There is no smoking in the house but outside is not a problem.

Currently, there is a Queen bed in the room which takes up more space than the bed in the photo but we can switch the bed out for a smaller one if preferred.
