I’m Daryl, co-owner of the condo since 2007. So much to love about Riverside Gate at 2508 Hanna Crescent. I’m Edmonton’s/Alberta’s happiest dog sitter and CMO for GreenWood Putters, so I’m often out of the house. If an issue arises while I am out of town, my lifelong friend and former roommate Brock or ex-wife Aria should be able to assist. I can provide multiple references for how easy it is to share a condo with myself and as a gracious landlord/occasional roommate.

Bonus points if A) An Oilers fan ;) or Love trivia and concerts. B) Interested in part time/casual work as an executive assistant for GreenWood Putters.
C) Considering a rent-to-own in 12-36 months agreement.

My place is one where are all those who are respectful of neighbours are welcome. Monthly rent of $850 for good sized spare bedroom (or $950 for master bedroom if preferred). Includes Internet, TV, landline, heat, water. Electricity bill to be split 50/50. I want you to take ownership of the place, treat it like your own. Have guests, chill out, crank up the music. If you would like to paint the walls a different colour, I’m all ears. If you are a pet owner, recognise there are additional fees and some stringent common area pet rules. Not in a rush to find a roommate, look forward to finding an amazing one!!
