Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out at the end of fall.

$1050 excluding wifi and electric

It’s a bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and private bathroom in a gorg condo by the river in Inglewood. There’s a spacious closet and as it’s a concrete building it’s really quiet. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so you can have your TV as loud as you’d like no one can hear. The kitchen is fully stocked (but feel free to bring some things if you’d like there’s tons of room). Everything will be furnished aside from the bedroom.

The building is very secure and there is a free outdoor parking stall (you might be able to get an underground stall for extra each month if they have any available). There are some amenities (a social room, theatre room, and courtyard) and then there is technically a really nice gym however it’s been closed since I’ve lived here but is expected to reopen soon.

You also couldn’t get closer to the Harvie passage on the bow River and it’s a nice 10 min walk to all the shops in Inglewood. If you need transit we’re right next to a max stop.

My name’s Alyvia (like Olivia), I’m 23 and I’m just trying to finish up a CS degree at the UofC. In my free time I’m at my studio (I have a small furniture business) or at home. I’m looking for a roommate who’s clean and respectful who could also be a friend. I like doing puzzles at the kitchen table, going for walks/runs/hikes, and thrifting!

My ideal roommate is sociable but doesn’t bring the party home and appreciates a clean and comfortable living space. If you think you’d be a good fit please shoot me a message!
