In Lakewood area. Direct bus to University takes less than half hour. Access to banks, grocery stores, restaurants etc. within 5-7 minutes walking distance (100 to 200 meters). You will have your own full bathroom (see pics) and your own parking. Shared kitchen. Minimum 3 month lease and month to month after. I am allergic to smoke so no smoking in the Condo. In Suite Laundry. Bed and mattress (new) will be provided

Only one other person (me) living on the same property so shared resources availability will not be an issue. I am working professional working full time. The room would be best for working professionals but mature students welcome too. Will need background check and references. Will provide my background check and references too.
