Living room and kitchen are furnished. The bedroom available is the master bedroom with a large private ensuite bathroom. Your bedroom also has the door to the balcony! Amenities are not all finished yet but will include a gym, an infinity pool on the roof, a media/movie room, and a lounge, supposed to be open in September. The gym, sauna, and steam room are open now! Wi-Fi and water are included- we only pay for power, which comes to about $20 each per month. The St. Lawrence area is lovely and safe, with anything you need in walking distance! Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and the market, easy to get places with transit and/or walking.

My two current roommates are moving at the end of the month, so you will be living with me, and another girly that I’m looking to find now! I’m a 25 year old grad student. I’m clean, fun, kind, and respectful! I’m hoping to find someone clean, respectful, and willing to make friends! I work hybrid. This year we loved to have friends over for wine nights and watch movies, etc., but we always check in with eachother when we make plans!
