Solutions Drive

It is located in a very quiet and what is a well managed, predominently senior resident building close to Bayer Lake Shopping Center and bus services. I am a senior retiree, live a quiet life and rather than downsize, due to the increase in rental fees, thought that having a “roomie” occupy the seldom used second bedroom and private bathroom would negate the need to move or down size. The room is furnished, spacious and bright, has a colored television and a queen size bed for which all linens are provided. I do have a friendly cat named “Nibbles”, a washer and dryer located in the apartment, a spacious lounge and deck and kitchen and some storage space if it is required. Arrangements regarding cooking and use of the kitchen can be discussed during an inspection visit. Indoor or outdoor parking can be arranged with the building manager.

I am a retired hotel manager aged 82 and emigrated from Scotland to Canada in 1963. I enjoy playing board games, having the occasional dinner party, reading and watching educational and sport programs on the television. I have a good sense of humor, I go to church, whenever I am able and like a clean house. You would be responsible to take care of the space that you are renting as I respect the word “Private” and will not enter your space unless there is an emergency!
