About the room
Two fully furnished or unfurnished private rooms available in a house. Small yard. First bedroom with two piece un-suite $1475. Second bedroom $1325. Shared kitchen. Two people will share one bathroom (one of these individuals will also have private two piece). Just the shower will be shared.
On #14 bus route. Five minutes walk to the #4, #8, #27, #28, #15 bus route. Five minutes walk to Camosun College (Lansdowne). Five minutes bus ride to UVic.
Street parking. Secure onsite parking $75 monthly Utilities (hydro + water) are shared. Internet included. I am willing to consider a small pet. I am willing to consider including meals (breakfast & dinner - five days per week) at an additional cost.
The rooms will be ready November 1 or sooner.
