I have lived here for over a year and I will be happy to share with you many of my things that will help with domestic issues.

The building offers great amenities such as a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, there is a lovely park just 30 seconds from the building, providing a peaceful environment, especially beneficial for those like me who’s seeking mental comfort.

The area is very comfortable with great infrastructure, making it ideal for individuals looking for a serene and supportive living environment.

I’ve been living alone lately, but health expenses are forcing me to look for company at the moment.

Also, I’m happy to share my huge musical experience with you if you need it. As someone with ADHD, I can talk for hours if I see you’re interested and I’m getting feedback :)

I am Alex, 30y.o. musician (producer/performer/composer/audio engineer/technician/etc.) looking for a roommate from the music/creative/audiovisual industry with whom I can share interests and potentially collaborate.

I’m originally from Ukraine, speak 5 languages. Cultural, religious, racial, or any other differences do not matter to me - I am open to everyone.

I am fully aware that my chances of finding a roommate are much higher if I offer a separate room, so I decided to live in the living room / kitchen area, so the empty bedroom is entirely yours (BTW, if you don’t have any furniture at all, I can share what I currently have in the room: a big table and chairs, blackout curtains, lighting, etc. We’ll figure out the bed situation as needed – I’ll help as much as I can).

Pets are allowed in this building, and I really love them. However, as a musician with some equipment, instruments, and various cables, it’s important to me that the pets behave well and spare my gear, if you know what I mean. :) (And, yes, i have robot vacuum cleaner)
