They would also have access to the sitting area on the front porch and shared use of the deck in the backyard. Access to washer and dryer is also included. Utilities are included in the rent.

There is one tenant downstairs who owns the house, having separate access to the downstairs suite. Kitchen and laundry areas are shared spaces.
