East 21st Avenue

This apartment is a two bed with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is additional space at the back of the unit to lock up bikes and sports equipment etc. My current roommate is happy to sell his current furniture if needed (bed frame, desk, chair) for a very fair price when he moves out.

The apartment is one half of the ground floor of a large house, with the landlords living upstairs with three boys, aged between 8-10. They’re extremely lovely and helpful when providing advice on the local neighbourhood whilst always willing to stop and chat. There is a shared washer and separate dryer which is used by everyone in the house, which has been working very well without issues, with the apartment itself completely separate from the rest of the house with its own access.

The house is right next to Prince Edward park, which means the outside space is very green and it’s been great in the summer.

Hey! So I moved to Vancouver four months ago from Manchester, UK and have been living here ever since. Unfortunately my current room mate is moving back home so I need someone to fill the room.

I’m a very active person, I play lacrosse and open to trying out all other sports. Also pretty social and looking to keep making friends in the city, so I’m down to try new things like board games etc. I just bought a paddle board and hoping to take up some winter sports when it gets a bit cooler. I work downtown and cycle to and from work every day for your standard 9-5, and will be in most evenings except when I’m out playing sports games or socialising.

There’s loads of stuff to do on Main st nearby, and my current housemate and I used to go to Trivia nights at the local pub, and I’d be down to explore some comedy shows if that’s your thing too.

Also, I’m very tidy and polite and respectful of people’s space and belongings, just want to live with someone who is easy and comfortable to be around, and preferably has some similar interests too.
