This is a short term rental from Sept-May every year. The room is comfortable with access to a private bathroom, shared kitchen and living room-dining room area. Also a small enclosed balcony. It is located one block from the ocean on Dallas Road in Fairfield and there is street parking There is shopping in walking distance and a local Saturday outdoor market. Close to Clover Point,Beacon Hill Park and many other lovely areas.

I am an older man who enjoys company, sports, and music. This is a small building and people in the condo are friendly. I am easy going, mostly at home and working part time.
