I am a female looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom in my apartment. You will have shared use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Free parking and coined laundry available. Looking for a female who is tidy, respectful and lgbt friendly. I have 2 cats so I’m not looking for anyone with pets currently. Rent will be 750 a month which includes heat and hydro.
