Sutton Place

Near Carleton University and Algonquin College. Hi, I’m looking for a non-smoking roommate to share my house in Fisher Heights, as early as January 1 (ok, maybe the 2nd!) The (furnished) space includes a bedroom, private bathroom (3 piece) and big living area. It’s in the basement, but still pretty bright and cheery. The kitchen is a shared space with me and « Podge » my toothless miniature schnauzer 🐶.

Podge and I are both 2SLGBTQI+ friendly. I’m a manager in the Federal gov’t and work from home for part of the week. I’m respectful and really appreciate roommates who help keep our shared spaces clean and tidy. I’m pretty easy going, and non-judgemental. I love to check out new foods, I’m pretty active and like the outdoors, swimming, kayaking - and I’m a theatre geek.
