Hey! I am looking for a roommate to share a private bedroom with me. The rent is $900 and utilities round upto $20-30 per month. It’s a luxury apartment on 24th floor in one of the new towers of Brentwood. The other room is too shared by 2 girls. The building has all the amenities like gym, 24 hr concierge, party room, lounge and study room. 5 minutes walk to the skytrain station and Brentwood mall, whole foods, starbucks etc. Close to BCIT and costco.
About the roomies
We all are working and students. I am looking for the same. I am very clean and looking for someone who would be clean and respectful too. The rooms has its own washroom. We all are pretty out going and chill.
