Hi there! I am a grad student and professional who just bought a lovely house in the downtown area close to the u of w. I am looking for to rent out my fully finished and renovated loft area. You would also have access to the rest of the house and yard! The house has 1 full bathroom and a half bath, a lovely living and kitchen space, and laundry in the basement. I get pocession of my house this month and will be looking for a roommate starting in September. I will post photos as soon as i move in! Please note, I have 3, very friendly and social cats :)
