It’s spacious so you don’t feel crowded. Ad lists 2400 but will drop to 600 if I find 3 other roommates.

After august it’ll just be me which is why I’m looking for roommates. I’m a respectful and tidy roommate that’s willing to help out around the house. I’m a creatively driven person and have an art studio / music studio setup downstairs. Although I do play music I never play past 9pm and will give my roommates a heads up when I plan on band practice. I pride myself on social harmony and open communication.
